David Cocks Q C is a bad and thoughtless parent and father to his son Jonathan Goldberg Q C and Derek Spencer Q C are amazing human beings and fathers they treat all people with respect and equality David Cocks treats his son with exclusion and segregation and with great inhumanity and extreme disregard even going hunting when his son was on a life support machine as a baby saying to Sir Derek Spencer "I couldn't care less if he dies he is nothing to me I will never see him and no one can make me" while he gallivants in high and elite places and exotic location using power and discrimination against his child and the mother who bore him that child to the shock and horror of those who take the duties of religious love and parenthood seriously, giving the mother £16 a week ,as Hansard said he was the 6th riches prosecuting counsel in the country earning £800,000 a year while the mother was a poor orphan much younger and his pupil to whom he owed a duty of care.

ReplyDeleteJonathan Goldberg is a better more humane father and human being in my opinion than someone who abuses a pupil when he is in a position of trust in relation to her by making her pregnant, abandoning her and her career (which she fought so hard to attain) and deserting the child when born and denying paternity on oath (the court found him guilty "without a doubt"and the mother to be utterly truthful, Sir Derek gave evidence) his own baby child then denies paternity on oath despite telling Sir Derek "!'ve made my pupil pregnant," well he is always showing his own true colour with consistency, kind to those who suck up to him irresponsible to his youngest child marvellously assiduously careful towards his own comforts, rattling on about his fan club and how he's adores but cruel as hunger menacing to his own son who he left in agony as a baby on a life-support machine while he went hunting telling the appalled Sir Derek Spencer Solicitor General "I couldn't care less if he dies he is nothing to me "as he drank his champagne and went off to his country estate to go for a week end of pleasure and hunting innocent animals who had never hurt him for yet another bloodlust sport, hurting his own son grievously and the young mother his young orphaned pupil who he breached his professional duty of care to, by making her pregnant, simply didn't satisfy the blood lust enough so lets hound the innocent little animals as well. Poor child to have David Cocks QC as a father as he is so cruel heartless and relentlessly ruthless and unfeeling to his child from birth, to one child the youngest but treats his other children middle aged and step children middle aged like gold dust from birth giving them all love presents attention company hugs and kisses time energy huge houses and huge gardens(198 acres estate in town and large houses in London worth millions trips and training in Australia, work contacts, going to their schools and colleges for ceremonies and sports days letting them see their grandparents (even though the step children had their own )while he son was denied all these, no garden ,no Christmas cards or presents never allowed to see his grandparents since birth, this man earned £800,000 a year (House of Commons report says £500,000 in prosecution alone) and for almost 12 years paid his son £16 a week .
Where is the morality where is the humanity.
Only an evil man and an evil father would say "I will never see him and I couldn't care less" to Sir Derek when his baby son who was in agony for every breath and who he had ruthlessly denied and abandoned from birth, was on a life support machine

Michael Havers already an MP was approached to help reason with Cocks but declined. At one point Cocks to Felicity that she “didn’t have the guts to commit suicide.” nevertheless she won an order for maintenance in the teacher professional disapproval. Cocks there after had to pay £25 per week, by deducting tax he paid her £16.24 a week. Felicity and then proceeded to struggle broke to bring up their child while at the same time attending to advance her career. Meanwhile David Cocks , who had already divorced his first wife Patricia Cocks, married again to Sarah Child the wife of his best friend Robert Woods, who subsequently suffered a nervous breakdown. After many years Felicity felt that the combination of school fees and the rising cost of living entitled her to claim a more substantial sum of maintenance from Cocks .when she took out a summons against Cocks he offered her £2335 per annum. She refused to settle and was awarded a sum of roughly 4000 pounds per annum and Marlborough magistrates Court where Sarah Cocks, Cocks second wife, happens to sit as a stipendiary magistrate. Although David Cocks accept the judgment of the court he will not allow his name to be entered on the birth certificate and has never asked to see the child. How is such cruelty and disregard juxtaposed to self servicing and lavish positive self approval so possible, adorning his step family and disregarding the human rights of his own natural biological son into whom he breathed the gift of life, how does such self sustaining cruelty existed in a moral man or ....

ReplyDelete Felicity Barrister who overcame the death of her mother at the age of six, her grandfathers at 16 took herself through A level ,university and Bar School completely unaided, survived an affair with her pupil master David Cocks who then discarded her to bring up their child alone in bitterly poor circumstances. He socially and economically isolated her by denying paternity after a years affair when his pupil and made her leave chambers when she was 3 months pregnant. He never saw the child openly shunning them both, denied paternity on oath despite privately admitting to Sir Derek Spencer "I've made my pupil pregnant" and tried (but was found guilty " we have no shadow of doubt "said the magistrates)to deny paternity on oath, despite a positive blood test. When the child was less than a year old he was on a life support machine and when Sir Derek told David Cocks he said "I couldn't care less if he dies he is nothing to me and I will never see him."
When Felicity sent her son to a private school though he had never seen him despite her pleas, he tried to prevent him through the "misuse of jurisdiction"(Judges words)of a wardship.
Despite his enormous wealth being the 6th highest paid prosecution barrister in England(earning £500,000 a year for prosecution alone) he paid the child £16.24 pence a week, even trying out of spite to pay it on the last day of the year,till the judge order "a child cant eat in arrears"
He still doesn't see his son though two years ago he promised as part a court agreement he would He has tried to social isolated both mother and child calling her "old fish face" and other such appalling names defiling her reputation and blocking since she refused to abort his son her career in every way possible, this having devastating effect on her career as he is powerful and strong and senior and she did her best to and the child unaided fending off his many attacks set to exhaust her through the courts.
A hero indeed and an example of what strength and determination can do.
